There have been many Revan's Robes mods over the years, but this is the first one to grace FileFront. Each mod that gives the player Revan's robes is slightly different, usually in the placement of the robes within the game. Generally I tended to believe there was a reason they were stashed on the Star Forge in the first place, although the whole backstory of the Star Forge actually making the robes never made sense to me since Revan was clearly wearing them in the Dantooine vision with Malak before he ever found the Star Forge. Oh well!
Anyway, my point was there is a reason you shouldn't have the robes right at the beginning of the game, which this mod does. It gives you the robes right at the beginning, on the Endar Spire, before you're ever able to set foot out of that first room. There's a good side to this and a bad side. Good side: You have Revan's robes! Yay! Bad side: You can't use them yet, and you won't be able to for quite some time (unless of course you cheat). As always, they are limited to dark side only, meaning of course you must be a Jedi, and then manage to get yourself over to the dark side of the Force. That takes a bit of time -- you at least have to wait until Dantooine. Personally I would have found it more believable to have the robes stashed away on Dantooine. It doesn't seem to me like the Jedi council would have just given you Revan's robes.
But regardless of the details, this mod does exactly as it promises -- it gives you Darth Revan's robes, both the robes and the mask, in case you want to see your pretty little face in that hood. It does exactly what it's meant to do, and that's the most important point. Give it a download now if by some chance you don't yet have a Revan's robes mod and you want to run around the galaxy pretending to be the Dark Lord.
((Psst, don't include any spoilers in the comments, please. Believe or not, not everyone in the galaxy has played through the entire game yet! Thanks!))

February 24, 2007: Go HERE to get Kristy Kistic's fixed Darth Revan model to use with this mod.
Then with the male unmasked model files, make three copies of each N_DarthRevanM.mdl and N_DarthRevanM.mdx files. Name one copy pmbjl.mdl, pmbjl.mdx, the next one pmbjm.mdl, pmbjm.mdx, and the last one pmbjs.mdl, pmbjs.mdx.
For the female ones, either pick out the original look or the more feminine look. The file names are N_DarthRevanF.mdl and N_DarthRevanF.mdx and make three copies of each. Name one copy pfbjl.mdl, pfbjl.mdx, the next one pfbjm.mdl, pfbjm.mdx, and the last one pfbjs.mdl, pfbjs.mdx. Then put them in the override folder. Make sure when you rename them that you don't rename the extensions (the .mdl and .mdx).
With the masked version, just dump Kristy's version in the override folder. No renaming is needed. :D

Darth Revan's robes were aptly named for being the usual wear of Revan during his time as a Sith Lord, though they were destroyed when he was captured by the Jedi Order, as the Jedi viewed his clothing as an abomination.
The robes are created by a mystical technology of the Star Forge in a way to fuel the dark side energies of the wearer through the garments to strengthen him.
The Jedi Council, as well as mind-wiped Revan, were unaware that such an item of terrible power could be possibly created by the Star Forge for the second time.

Behind the scenesEdit
If the player chooses the dark side path, they receive a pair of robes on the Star Forge very similar to the original guise instead of the Star Forge Robe. These robes can be worn only by Jedi characters who have a dark side alignment. The wearer receives Strength bonus and an ability to regenerate 1 health point every 5 seconds.
Overview The Half Blood Prince:This game is the sixth installment in the Harry Potter video game series based on the original novels and movies. After the Order Of The Phoenix Harry begins to unveil a history of the past that is directly linked with him. Harry potter and the half blood prince. Not only Harry starts to unveil mysteries, but he also faces the Dark lord in his dreams more than ever.
Although it is stated that the robes were created by the Star Forge, Revan is shown wearing them on Dantooine, whilst unearthing the Star Map in the ancient ruins there, before he discovered the Star Forge's location.
Revan is seen wearing similar robes on the front cover of The Old Republic: Revan, despite turning back to the Light side of the Force during the time of the story's timeline. Revan later found a prototype of his old robes when boarding the star forge to stop Malak, who was also using similar robes.

Revan is a fictional character in the BioWarevideo gameStar Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, in which he is the playable protagonist. He also appears in related media in the Star Wars expanded universe.
The character is a former Sith suffering from amnesia, having been brainwashed with a false identity by the Jedi to serve their cause. This is only made known to the player late in the game, prior to which the playable protagonist lacks any predefined identity and Darth Revan is believed to be dead.
Revan (who is, per above, not identified as such during the character creation process) is customized by the player in terms of appearance, gender and actions; canonically, Revan is male and follows the light-side path during the events of the game.[1]
Revan's story is further explored in Drew Karpyshyn's 2011 novella Star Wars: The Old Republic: Revan. The book details the events of Revan's life after the events of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, in which Revan attempts to recover his lost memories from the period of the Mandalorian Wars and from his and Malak's travels to discover the Sith empire.[2] In the massively multiplayer online game Star Wars: The Old Republic, an incarnation of Revan serves as the titular antagonist of the Shadow of Revan expansion.
Revan was voiced by Rino Romano in Knights of the Old Republic and by Jeff Bennett in Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Appearances[edit]In the Knights of the Old Republic series[edit]
Revan is depicted as a former Jedi who, along with Alek (later Darth Malak), left the Order to lead the fight in the Mandalorian Wars due to the Jedi's inaction. One year after the end of the Mandalorian Wars, Darth Revan returned to Republic space at the head of a massive invasion fleet. Calling themselves the Sith, they declared war on the Republic. Since his intention was to unite the galaxy under one ruler so he could attack the ancient Sith Empire, he avoided attacking key places such as Coruscant, Onderon, and Dantooine. The Sith won the battle and as the Dark Lord prepared to battle with the Jedi who boarded his flagship, Darth Malak, in the hopes of destroying both Revan and Bastila Shan (as well as the Jedi accompanying her), betrayed his Master, ordering the ships under his command to fire on Revan's flagship's bridge. Though Malak believed himself to have been successful in killing Revan, they survived. Revan was severely injured from the turbolaser blasts. He was then taken by Bastila Shan and her Jedi strike team to the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine where the Jedi Council members chose to wipe Revan's memory, and imprint him with a false identity that the player creates at the beginning of the game. Knights of the Old Republic begins with Revan awaking on a starship under attack. Throughout the game, Revan learns of his forgotten history and assembles a band of followers as he searches for 'Star Maps' that lead him back to the Star Forge, which Revan used to make his army. Revan encounters Malak, who tells Revan that he is the former Sith lord.
At one point Malak captures Bastila and turns her to the dark side. Her ultimate fate depends on player choices. In the game, the player can choose whether to turn Revan to the dark side or the light side of the Force. Regardless, Revan confronts Malak at the game's conclusion. According to canon, Revan returned as a Jedi Knight who stopped the Sith forces under Malak's control and destroyed the Star Forge. The last scene of the game's canonical ending shows the principal characters, including Revan, being honored by the Republic at the site of the temple on Rakata Prime; a picture of later events has emerged from subsequent games and novels.
The sequel Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords reveals that a year after the defeat of Malak, Revan recalled a threat from his time as the Dark Lord, and left known space to deal with it. Clues to the nature of the threat emerge from in-game dialogue with non-player characters (including Canderous and Kreia); this varies according to alignment and gender.
Darth Revan Knights Of The Old Republic 2 Release
Prior to the events of the sequel, Revan bade farewell to the nine comrades who had accompanied him on his quest, knowing that none whom he loved could safely accompany him in the places he had to walk; the only NPC with certain knowledge of where and why (his navigation droid, T3-M4) won't say. Also, at the ancient tomb of Ludo Kressh in Korriban, the Jedi Exile fights a silent vision of Darth Revan, in which he appears to wield two lightsabers, one red and one violet. The game lists the color crystal of the light saber the player obtains from him as a unique red color. This is Revan's only appearance in the entire game. Additionally, the Jedi Exile can speak with several companions and non-player characters within the game to learn more about the history of Revan, and his journey into the Unknown Regions.
The Old Republic: Revan[edit]
He appears as the primary focus of Star Wars: The Old Republic: Revan, a tie-in book to Star Wars: The Old Republic that was released by Bioware and EA on December 20, 2011.
Star Wars Darth RevanThe Old Republic[edit]
Revan re-emerges in Star Wars: The Old Republic after a team of Republic heroes manage to rescue him from the Emperor's Maelstrom Prison with the help of the ghost of the Jedi Exile. It is learned that he was kept prisoner by the Emperor to channel Revan's strength in the Force. Revan's link with the Emperor was two-way, however, and he was able to keep the Emperor's darker urges in check, thereby preventing the Emperor from unleashing his full power upon the galaxy. Though thankful to the Republic for rescuing him, Revan decides to fight the Emperor on his own terms and takes control of a Rakatan installation called 'The Foundry' and engineers a droid army (led by HK-47) programmed to identify and eliminate any target with Sith DNA, which not only included Dark Lords of the Sith but also the majority of citizens of the Empire. Revan's plan is thwarted when a group of Imperials manage to infiltrate the Foundry and destroy the droid army and HK-47 before confronting Revan. After a vicious battle, Revan is defeated but disappears before a killing blow can be delivered.
Revan appears again in the 'Legacy of Rakata Prime' flashpoint as the man behind the conspiracy in the 'Forged Alliances' plotline. He is the primary antagonist of the fourth digital expansion to The Old Republic, entitled Shadow of Revan. During the digital expansion Revan returns to destroy the Republic and Empire. He leads a group of followers, called Revanites, into infiltrating both galactic powers and influencing them into annihilating each other. Some Republic and Imperial forces also declare themselves for Revan. Revan then draws the Empire and Republic into a battle with his Revanite ships over the planet Rishi, so that neither the Republic nor the Empire can interfere when he confronts the Emperor. However, his plan is thwarted when the player's character sends a communication to Republic and Imperial ships informing them of Revan's plan and to cease fire.
Revan later is cornered on Yavin 4 where he tries to raise the Emperor but is confronted and defeated by the player and an alliance of Republic and Imperial characters. After The Emperor makes his presence known and leaves Yavin 4, an apparition of Revan appears and reveals that when he was defeated in the Foundry, his light side became one with the Force, but his dark side, fueled by hate for the Emperor, survived, setting off the 'Forged Alliances' plotline. The two sides of Revan, one Jedi, the other Sith then reunite, and his now whole spirit warns the player and his allies that they must un-do what he has done or the Emperor will see his evil plans through and everything will be lost.
Other appearances[edit]
Darth Bane: Path of Destruction, Revan appears as a holographic avatar for a holocron discovered by Darth Bane.
Revan was originally slated to appear in the cartoon series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. In the third-season episode 'Ghosts of Mortis,' Revan would have appeared as a Sith Lord alongside Darth Bane as advisors to the Son, a dark side embodiment. Revan was cut from the episode in late production since his presence would conflict with Lucas's view of the Force.[3]
In celebration of KotOR's 15th anniversary, Electronic Arts added Jedi Knight Revan to Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes as a playable character on October 18, 2018.[4] Months later, his Sith version, Darth Revan, came to the game as the first unlockable Dark Side mythic character. He was followed by Darth Malak
Merchandising[edit]
In 2007, Hasbro toys released an action figure of Darth Revan. Revan received the second-highest number of votes in the 2006 ToyFare Fan's Choice Poll to determine the most requested Star Wars action figure. The highest number of votes was for Quinlan Vos, a Jedi who appeared in comic books and who Hasbro had already slated to be released in 2007 before the poll was conducted.[5]
In 2009, Hasbro released a Darth Revan Mighty Mugg.[6]
In 2014, Lego released a Darth Revan Minifigure as a free-with-purchase promotional item from May 3 - 5.[7]
Revan won the 2015 Black Series Fan Choice Poll at San Diego Comic-Con, his figure was released in late 2016.[8]
Reception[edit]
Revan was chosen by IGN as the 12th greatest Star Wars character,[9] as well as also being chosen by IGN's Jesse Schedeen as, along with Darth Malak, the fifth best Star Wars villain.[10] IGN's readers chose Revan as their 7th top Star Wars character.[11]UGO Networks put the character as the ninth top Star Wars expanded universe character.[12] Jesse Schedeen listed Revan as one of the Star Wars character that she wanted in Soulcalibur, calling him 'one of the rare Expanded Universe characters that unquestionably stands alongside the best of the movie characters.'[13] Robert Workman, from GameDaily, listed the character as one of his favourite Star Wars video game characters.[14]
Although Revan ultimately did not make the cut, Game Informer staff considered his inclusion in their '30 characters that defined a decade' collection, with Matt Miller saying, 'in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, the looming shadow of his presence hangs over everything, and the Revan-centric twist at the heart of the story shocked the gaming world.'[15]
ScrewAttack listed the revelation that the player character is Darth Revan as the tenth 'OMGWTF' moment in video gaming.[16]Edge also listed the moment as one of the most jaw-dropping moments in video games.[17] GameDaily's Chris Buffa listed the moment as the fourth top video game spoiler,[18] and Robert Workman listed the moment as one of the eight BioWare moments that shocked him.[19]

In Replaying the Classics, StarWars.com revisits Star Wars games of yesteryear, examining why we loved them then and why they stand the test of time.
Today, Obsidian Entertainment is known to many gamers as the developer behind world-class RPGs like Fallout: New Vegas and Pillars of Eternity, but the company got its start in a galaxy far, far away. Founded in 2003 by former employees of Black Isle Studios, Obsidianâs first-ever project was a tall order: a follow-up to BioWareâs highly acclaimed Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. The good news was that the team would have access to the Odyssey Engine, d20 System, and other technology BioWare had used to make the first KotOR such a monumental hit. The bad news? Obsidian would have a little more than one year to complete the game in time for the 2004 holiday season.
Like the original Knights of the Old Republic, The Sith Lords takes place millennia before the rise of the Galactic Empire, in an age when the Sith have hunted down and destroyed many of the Jedi. While KotOR closely follows the structure and tone of the classic Star Wars trilogy, its sequel opts for a more leisurely, novelistic style of storytelling. Its unique characters are beloved for the ways they discuss and examine the complicated nature of the Force, and the Force itself plays a fairly active and crucial role in the story.
The Mandalorian Wars that served as the backstory for the first KotOR are further explored in Knights of the Old Republic II, culminating with a showdown on the war-torn planet Malachor V, which was later depicted in the Season Two finale of Star Wars Rebels. Gradually, itâs revealed that the player character, known as âthe Exile,â and the woman accompanying them on their journey, Kreia, both knew the fallen Jedi Revan, who led Republic forces during the war. (For players who took the light-side path in the first Knights of the Old Republic, Revan was eventually redeemed.) Revanâs not part of KotOR IIâs story, exactly, but the characterâs mark can be found throughout the game â along with a few familiar faces who knew the Prodigal Knight best.
Most of the features players loved most in the first KotOR return in the sequel (sometimes in new-and-improved form, but always intact). Itâs still got a robust character-creation system; it still has plenty of amazing Star Wars loot to discover and carry into battle against the Sith, including lightsabers; and itâs still got Pazaak, the ingenious card game invented by Drew Karpyshyn, author of the fan-favorite Legends novel Darth Bane: Path of Destruction.
âWe decided to build upon the proven success of the first gameâs design, and were careful to not fix aspects of the game that had already proved their worth,â designer Kevin Saunders recalled in an article for Game Developer magazine. âInstead, we identified areas of KotOR that we could expand upon to create a better experience in a flavor similar to that of the first game. Almost without exception, every game-design enhancement to KotOR II was a natural extension from the original.â
As the subtitle implies, a lot of the gameâs lasting appeal comes from its memorable, sometimes terrifying Sith Lords, who are veiled in mystery for much of the story. KotOR II had to jettison a large amount of narrative content near the end of its tight production schedule â which was amazingly restored in 2015 and is available on Steam â but that didnât stop it from delivering one of the best-written, most original tales of the entire Legends era. Its dialogue, in particular, would impress audiences in any medium. And the storyâs biggest surprises will haunt players long after the game is over.
âItâs addictive. It kills your social life dead. And itâs still the greatest Western-style RPG on the consoles,â a reviewer for Eurogamer wrote in 2005. âIn terms of creating an Xbox RPG in which you define yourselves by your decisions, minor and major, itâs peerless.â That journalistâs name was Kieron Gillen, whoâs better known these days as the co-creator of Doctor Aphra and the writer behind Marvelâs ongoing Star Wars comic. Small galaxy.
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is available on Xbox One (and recently added to Xbox One Backwards Compatibility), Steam,GOG.com, the Humble Store, and the App Store.
