I had the same problem . here is what I did.
You should have a USB Recovery as the on device recovery doesn't work with TP10.
Hold power + volume down button to boot into menu screen.Select F11 recovery. Select Troubleshoot. Select Advanced. Choose command prompt (CMD). Once inside command prompt type DISKPART and press enter. now diskpart will launch. use it to format your hard drive: type list volume, then type select volume <x>, replace <x> with the OS volume number (usually volume 0) and then type clean to delete the volume. More info on how to do this at http://www.techhack.co.uk/2011/03/31/format-a-hard-drive-with-command-prompt/ once you have wiped your hard drive power off your elitepad. Plug in the recovery USB and power on the unit as step 1. Select F11 recovery, then troubleshoot and then reset your PC. It will ask if you want to keep the original partition or re-partition the drive. I always choose to repartition the drive just like factory original. Wait about 3 hours for the recovery and then unplug the recovery USB and your elitepad should work like new again.

Hi,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.
I understand the inconvenience caused.
Try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.
Method 1: Disconnect all peripheral devices from the computer except the keyboard and the mouse.
Perform a hard reboot and try to boot normally into the computer and see if it works properly this time. Amnesia custom stories downloads.
Method 2: I suggest you to Perform an Automatic Repair using the installation disc and check if it helps.
I would like to inform that, if your Windows 10 is not able to boot or startup, Automatic Repair will come into action and try to diagnose and fix the issue. It will scan system files, registry settings, configuration settings and more and try to fix the problem on its own, automatically.
Refer: Change startup settings in Windows 10
Click on: From Installation media
Hope it helps. Reply to the post with an updated status of the issue to assist you further.

it's a tablet computer so has no devices connected.
It has no disc drive and I do not have an installation disc anyway as it was originally Windows 8.1 and that partition is not showing up.
When I try automatic repair it says
automatic repair couldn't repair your PC
Press Advanced options to try another option or shut down

So my first problem was the Media Creation Tool wouldn't simply upgrade it. Robin hood legend of sherwood free download music. So I created a USB drive with it (windows 10 32bit single language).
Started that up and it still wouldn't let me upgrade. So I opted for a fresh install.
Hp Elitepad 900 Battery Driver
Tried it with my windows 8 product key first and got the error an error once it tried to start that read 'Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on theis compuiter, restart the installation.'.
So I did just that. Hit no key this time and tried windows 10 pro (which is what I want) same error.
Tried once again with windows 10 home. Same issue . Update orchestrator service windows 10. I have tried these steps to try and resolve it
When prompted with error unable to complete installation: Hit SHIFT-F10 to bring up command prompt.
type MMC Click File -> Add/Remove Snap-in.. (Or CTRL+M) Select Computer Management (Double click and Finish on Local Computer) Click OK Double click Computer Management (Local) -> System Tools -> Local Users and Groups -> Users -> Double Click Administrator -> Uncheck Account is disabled -> OK Now right click Administrator -> Set Password.. -> Set a decent password to get started.
Now, restart. Should be good to go.
If this doesn't work try next step: SHIFT-F10 to bring up command prompt. type: CD C:windowssystem32oobe type msoobe enter Make a generic account and password. hit finish (if it requests a product key and you have one, enter it now. if OEM/No key required, just finish). Set time/date. Finish. Restart.
Msoobe doesn't work. When I hit the command in cmd, it thinks for a second. Then the blue windows screen comes up that says 'just a moment' forever. I left it for hours on this screen.
When I try to do the mmc solution, there is no local users and groups option period. No idea.
Also I have to navigate all this junk with my keyboard as the mouse won't work once windows 10 tries to start.
Please help me get windows 10 on this thing
